Altun Ha Maya Ruin and Cave Tubing Excursion
This excursion is tailored to history and wildlife lovers as it takes you from the coastline and allows you to explore a portion of the northern and western countryside. you will travel 33 miles north to the Maya ruin of Altun Ha which dates back to around 250 B.C and consists of two plazas and thirteen temples, which you will be able to climb and learn about in sixty minutes of interactive discussion with your guide.
From the ruins, it will take 1 hour 15 minutes to the cave tubing park, there you will get the gears needed for this part of the excursion, then take a 25-minute walk through the cavernous jungle that gives that Jurassic feeling that brings you to the entrance of the cave for an epic flot through the underworld of the Maya.

90 minutes include walking through the jungle and cave tubing.
90 minutes drive to Altun ha.
45 minutes guided tour at Altun ha.
45 minutes drive to Belize City.

Cruise Port: Cruise Passenger. You are advised to try to get off the ship as soon as possible. You will need to get tender tickets for your group early the morning of your arrival. When you get off the tender please go to Terminal #4 boot #4.
